The fit is adjustable with buckles on the hip, though for a perfect fit we do carry the kilts in the following sizes:

S (30-32 inch / 76-81 cm waist)
M (33-34 inch / 82-87 cm waist)
L (35-36) inch / 88-93 cm waist)
XL (37-38 inch / 94-98 cm waist)
2XL (39-40 inch / 99-104 cm waist)
3XL (41-43 inch / 104-110 cm waist)

The kilt comes with promising top-notch rust-free accessories.
Buckle closure on this kilt allows adjustment in the hip area
The bigger side pocket & studded back pocket allow you to hold more than just the basics.
