Scrotum Ball Extruding Box

Twist and push that scrotum into a bed of nails!

Treat those poor balls the way they deserve to be treated: with pain and punishment! You use this extremely mean ball crusher and CBT tool by turning the dial and thus tormenting the scrotum until it is 'mercy'.
The vulnerable balls are trapped while you use the dial to push the plate with 24 sharp points downwards, into the bottom of the scrotum. How much pressure can they withstand? Test your pain threshold with this instrument of sublime suffering!
